This public directory lists all third-party certification bodies accredited by ASC under the FDA Accredited Third-Party Certification Program, including payment transparency information as required by 21 CFR § 1.624(d).

Payment Transparency Disclosure

In accordance with 21 CFR § 1.624(d), this directory includes the date(s) on which each accredited certification body paid any fee or reimbursement associated with accreditation. This information is provided to ensure transparency and protect against conflicts of interest.

For certification bodies with suspended, withdrawn, or reduced accreditation, the directory maintains the date of such action and retains this information until the suspension is lifted, the body is reaccredited, the scope is reinstated, or the accreditation duration expires.
